How do I re-schedule an appointment
Rescheduling an appoint is free when done so 12 hours prior to the time and date of your original booking. This can easily be done by directly contacting one of our reps via Call/Message/Text or WhatsApp. Just quote your postcode and let us know when you would like to reschedule for.
Please remember 12 hours before your original appointment date & time.
Which payment methods do you take?
All of our engineers are approved to handle cash along with carrying a portable card machine to take payments after the job is complete. Alternatively you may carry out a direct bank transfer to our business bank account (please ensure your postcode is entered in to the reference section)
I require other services aside of an EICR
Although we directly specialise in JustEICR, we do have a portfolio of companies who can handle other scopes of remedial works. You may inform the engineer on site during the visit who would be happy to advise further.

We invest heavily in our customer service so are adamant the best way to fully understand your needs are via direct communication. Booking an EICR is as simple as messaging a friend. How do I receive my EICR report?
EICR reports are almost exclusively issued digitally as PDF documents. Our engineers use specialized software to generate the certificate on-site or shortly after testing, emailing it directly to you. The report is usually generated within 24 to 48 hours of the inspection being completed.
How Long is an EICR valid for?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is typically valid for 10 years for homeowners & 5 years for rental properties however (Legislation also requires landlords in England to supply a valid EICR to new and prospective tenants). Failure to produce a valid EICR can result in fines of up to £30,000.
